Eggplant & tempeh appetizer at Woodstock Pizza Theater — G 's Review (Mar 22, 2019)

I don’t remember exactly what this dish was called but it was really tasty and original! It had a lot going on- black beans, fried eggplant, tempeh , and a layer of yellow rice under it all. Oh and kale chips ! I wasn’t sure how those things would all go together but it was perfect.
