The filling was very well seasoned with a moreish smoky umami flavor😍 The small pieces of water chestnut adds a nice occasional crunch and they are not stingy with the mushroom filling. Also the skin to filling ratio is perfect👌🏻 Give me lion mane's mushroom anything and i will love it😆
