Veggie and Bean Taco Skillet by Fronterakingissy's Review (Mar 16, 2019)

I’m human and sometimes I don’t want to be in the kitchen for hour prepping a meal and this frozen skillet meal was just the answer that I needed tonight! I used Avocado Oil instead of Canola Oil that the recipe calls for. I also added white pepper and garlic powder for extra flavor. It also says to serve over rice or with tortillas but I enjoyed just by itself as I was looking for the least amount of time in the kitchen!
