Grilled eggplant burrito at James' Quesadilla & Brunch — Alaine Johnson's Review (Mar 8, 2019)

I love that this is grilled! I found it just filling enough for lunch, and not as heavy as the rice bowl. They still give you the salsa on the side in a plastic tho so bring your own if avoiding disposables.
