Review of Roasted Spiced Pumpkin at Haakon Superfoods and Juice by mixedandmixing

This place is a vegan paradise! This salad was delicious, hearty, and the pumpkin was very well flavored and cooked. I loved the variety of veggies in my bowl, and the miso dressing added an awesome extra flavor. Will definitely be coming back here to try their other savory options and their acai!
