This is tomatoes in different textures (fermented, confit and in romesco sauce), garlic emulsion and crunchy mixed seeds on black olive powder. I had this as a part of the EatRoamLive fine dining event. This was a great start. The tomatoes are bursting with flavors and love the crunchy mixed seeds. How I wish they served more of those. #crfsg
