Vegan Roasted Vegetable Grilled Cheese at Toasted - Winter Park — Knights for Animal Rights @ UCF's Review (Feb 21, 2019)

Nice twist on a childhood classic! This grilled cheese is loaded with portobello mushroom, tomato chutney, garlic spinach, and roasted red pepper. The acidity of the tomato chutney complements the richness of the cheese. We really appreciates how all the veggies were evenly distributed throughout the sandwich.
