When in the U.K., one simply MUST have a full English breakfast! Farmhouse sausages (not bad!), scrambled tofu (a little too “health” for me, baked beans (SCRUMPTIOUS!), roasted mushrooms (good, after I sprinkled a little salt on them!), grilled tomato, bakon ( THE BEST BLOODY BAKON I’VE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!!!), hash browns (these were PERFECTION), served with beautiful warm toasted sourdough bread, which they had buttered lightly, it was heavenly!
