Tasted more like really soft, smooth & semi-dense chocolate mousse that you won’t get sick of, with subtle notes of matcha, some tartness from a tiny branch of red berries, and a soft cake base. Didn’t taste like cheesecake at all, but it tasted really high-quality nevertheless :)
