Paco’s Nachos (Vegan) at Paco's Tacos — Meng-Tian He's Review (Jan 13, 2019)

Pretty nice. It comes with fresh tomato salsa, chipotle salsa, grilled corn, jalapeños, toasted sunflower seeds, coriander, and delicious guacamole. Nachos were nice and crunchy too. A really solid dish, but I’m not a fan of the pickled jalapeños – their sourness clashes with the sourness from the lime from the salsas. I should mention that this is from their vegan menu, so when you order make sure it’s the vegan Paco’s Tacos.
