Review of Vegetable Sashimi (Cold Dish) at Joie by isalee

One of my favourite dishes there :) it does taste a teeny tiny bit “fishy” which adds to the fun of eating vegan sashimi. It’s been recreated quite well. It’s very similar to the sashimi at Herbivore but apparently the one at Herbivore isn’t vegan.
