Don’t be fooled by the simple descriptions of this dish - it is really good sushi. My husband said it’s like the real thing! The technique they use is dehydrated watermelon which they rehydrate to give the appropriate texture. It’s simple but delicious!

tanzaniteandturmeric It was definitely savory! I think the dehydration/rehydration process removes the watermelon flavor and leaves a great texture. Reply
