阳春面 at Nanjing Impressions老温's Review (Dec 31, 2018)

A very simple but yummy noodle soup dish that has no toppings so it's just carbs. It's sort of like a chinese shoyu broth and is very fragrant and flavourful. The noodles are traditional chinese lamian which are made using flour and water so it has no egg :) Love this and love the soup!
