[Angerling Burger, $16]
Not just a burger, but a Burger. Appropriately whale-sized wheat patty perched delicately on multigrain buns for some wholegrain goodness. A slew of veggies: lettuce, tomatoes, onions; a slathering of black pepper sauced-mushrooms brimming with ~umami~ and provided a delightful bite. I thought the texture of the patty was satisfying, hearty and fulfilling, and this was a meal i greatly enjoyed.
