Pulled P*rk Sandwich at The Banyan Tree — Kayla's Review (Dec 31, 2018)

This sandwich has jackfruit in homemade BBQ sauce, avocado, lettuce, tomato, caramelized onion, and raw coconut aioli. Comes with sweet potato fries and satay sauce. The sandwich is big and hearty, with huge jackfruit chunks. The avocado inside is very brown, however. The fries seemed to be baked instead of fried so not super oily.
