Was concerned that this might be too sweet but thankfully that was not the case and it was very tasty. I love eggplant dishes and enjoyed this a lot with my plain rice. As everyone had commented it was indeed quite oily and could have done with less oil 😅but I guess that's OG Chinese cooking for you! #sichuan #eggplant #brinjal #oily
