Eggless Quiche with side salad

This is the BEST eggless quiche I have ever had! Served with fresh sprouts, a side salad that was garnished with seeds & nuts, plus a cup of pico on the side. I added some smoky mushrooms and put them on top. This is a party for your mouth! Lovely crust too.
