Vegan Spare Ribs at Vegana Indiana — peterhammer's Review (Dec 2, 2018)

As far as substitute meats go, this dish takes the prize. The texture and consistency is spot-on and the two sauces complement it well. Yes, those are onion rings! Vegana Indiana is a vegan restaurant that prides itself on delivering vegan versions of Austrian staples. While "spare ribs" are not necessarily traditional to Austria, this will be my go to meal whenever I visit Austria. Try the fried "cheese" as an appetizer.
