The Impossible Chorizo at Beef & Liberty, Lan Kwai Fong — Kayla's Review (Nov 18, 2018)

This burger is limited edition where $5 is donated to Movember. It’s made from the impossible burger spiced with chorizo flavours, guacamole, vegan cheese, pickled jalapeños, chili, butter lettuce, coriander, and vegan sour cream. It doesn’t automatically come with a vegan bun - you have to request one, which is kind of dumb. Not bad but for almost $150 (and no sides) I’m in no hurry to come back. Plus, the bun breaks apart quite easily and I had to eat this with a knife and fork.
