Roasted Mock-Duck at VegieHut Vegetarian Restaurant — Meng-Tian He's Review (Nov 17, 2018)

Quite bland and dry. Not very impressed overall. The attempt at imitating the crispy skin was pretty fair, but all the other flavours and textures weren’t even close to real duck, and I think it fails as its own dish.
