Trader Joe’s Tortilla Chips Seasoned with Brussels Sprouts, Garlic, Onion, & Parsley start with white corn flour, rice flour, and potato flakes. Then, of course, the key ingredient is added: freeze-dried Brussels sprouts, in a powder to match the texture of the flour. This masa mixture is cut into triangles, baked, and then crisped in the fryer before finally being tumbled in sea salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried parsley.
