I was pleasantly surprised by how tasty this was! Tbh I was a bit leery of vegan sushi because what is sushi without some kind of raw seafood?! (plz don't hate me omg 😂) And my impression of vegan sushi is just like...plain cucumbers and pickles(which I don't even like). So it's great that this was so tasty and I really enjoyed it! The sushi rice is legit not the fake anyhow kind (ahem #cafeorganic 👀) and the avocado was so creamy and went well with the JUST egg in this instance 😍
