Black Dhal at Jaggi's — 老温's Review (Oct 27, 2018)

I thought this was a bit meh and less flavourful compared to the other dishes we got but my vegetarian friend who has eaten a lot more dhal than me said this dhal was very good and she ate like at least half of this, so you should take her word for it and not mine! 😂 They also have yellow dhal but the guy at the counter recommended this one so that's what we got!
