Review of Snow “Bird Nest” (XUE YAN) Pudding at SUFOOD Singapore by alyrauff

My dessert because it's the only vegan option on the menu.
Would really appreciate more and I mentioned this to the manager there that night.

Still, I enjoyed this quite a lot! If I had more options I would not have ordered this, so I'm glad I had to try this haha.
It had a lovely texture, very flavourful and really made me feel like it was a fresh pudding.
Just the right amount of sweetness and it was the right way to end my dinner!
would recommend this whether or not you're vegan for sure!
