Review of Vegan Noodles at Moksa Plant-based Restaurant & Permaculture Garden by bigfatnyancat

This was amazing. It's a heart-warming dish with a tamari kombu broth, rice noodles and mixed mushrooms. There is so such umami in the broth that it reminds me of japanese shoyu ramen.
