Raw vegan food recharges me to the fullest and this dish is one of the epic which rainbow color of wide range nutrients, healthy fat, and creative ingredients inside. Combining different texture of hummus, nori paper, kimichi and zucchini noodles... it’s the taste of heaven and I can eat it every day here in Ubud.
