My pick of grains features brown rice with tempeh and kale, and quinoa with chickpeas and tofu. Fragrant, flavoursome, filling. And more affordable than the sandwiches, thank goodness, because my dear weathered wallet simply cannot take much more. Really, though, I thought the grains were packed with flavour, stewed to a delightfully soft and pleasant texture, with free cherry tomatoes, romaine and rocket on the side for that #health. Am craving for more already.
