Sweet Potato & Ginger Mooncake

I guess they don’t normally have these for sale, just around the mid-autumn festival. I really enjoyed this because it was light, unlike traditional mooncakes. The sweet potato filling was tasty without being too sweet and the ginger was strong and spicy.
