Review of Veg Curry at Bistro St. Michael by peter

The chef at Michael’s was very accommodating to make this dish vegan, substituting coconut cream for the dairy. Overall, I enjoyed this tasty and colorful curry, and the portion was generous enough for me to have leftovers the next day, as well!
