Review of Bun Bo Hue soup at Jasmine 26 Restaurant and Bar by marilj2018

I have had the vegan pho from Jasmine 26 numerous times (love) so decided to try another this time around. I just don't understand how any soup can be packed with so much flavor! Canned soup for a cold Minnesota winter? Nope! This is what will be in store for me this year!
