The Cinnamon Snail is located in the Pennsy NYC, a food hall above Penn Station. A great spot for commuters who want a vegan bite for the road. The Raspberry Blackout Donut has a nice chocolate crumble with a drizzle of raspberry icing. The flavors of the tart raspberry and sweet chocolate balance out nicely. #PennsyNYC #CinnamonSnail
