Quite satisfying as a pre meal snack. Can be quite filling (unlike what it looks) due to the use of lentils. Although, it might be a tad bit dry, but I guess that's not too bad. I think the sauce is a big plus point. Nutty flavor (apparently from cashew), but also with tints of sourness and savoury taste.
