Saltado Criollo at Vida Vegan Bistro — Alice Wistar's Review (Aug 15, 2018)

This was insane because of the seitan or whatever meat substitute that tasted legitimately like meat. Combined with the veggies (red onion and tomatoes) and super well cooked brown rice and mashed potatoes, this meal was was yummy!
