Review of Shanti Bowl at El Jardín De Jazmín by theveggienomad

This was excellent. A bowl complete with quinoa, eggplants with some nutty delicious sauce and alfalfa sprouts, as well as some avocado, tomatoes, and olives to pull it all together. Very delicious!
