I've never had Korean sushi so this was an interesting prospect, but it basically tastes like ordinary sushi. It's closer to the American take on sushi, in that it combines multiple ingredients (e.g. cucumber, carrot) rather than focusing on one starring ingredient, as Japanese sushi does.

These are quite more-ish and the portion size is pretty generous for takeaway sushi, I think. This veg sushi is a healthier take on most takeaway sushi and makes for a nice, light yet satisfying lunch or snack.
