Most Dan dan noodles I've had usually have minced meat but for some reason this one didn't. Put vegetarian cos I'm not sure if the noodles contain egg and I forgot to ask. I know it looks crazy spicy from the picture but was actually pretty manageable for me at least. My friend who had the same dish said it was way too spicy and he regretted ordering it 😂 noodle portion is huge and never ending!! Loved the thick and spicy peanut sauce and I think it's better than the one at #dintaifung
