Review of Açaí and Chia Bowl at Free the Robot by rjp

Açai + Chia Pudding with “soy, berries, coconut flakes, nuts, seasonal fruits.” Almost too pretty to eat with all the colors, including a fresh mint garnish. I appreciated the elegant display of açai being center stage, not hiding underneath fruit like many açai bowls and it was a star with a soft, sorbet texture. It was a nice touch to see (and taste!) the nuts dusted with cacao. The berries alone can be a bit tart so make them share the spoon.😉 Açai bowls are all about the fruit so if it’s a bit too much sugar for you, bring a friend because you should not miss out. I like to order an “Add-on” to balance the sweetness; see my review of the Pumpkin. Definitely a go-to cafe and dish for me! 🙌 #freetherobot #acaibowl
