Mexican Tofu Taco at Confusion Plant Based Kitchen — Miranda Zhang's Review (Jul 1, 2018)

These are INCREDIBLE. The guacamole is the surprise star, but the tofu scramble is fluffy and makes for a good base to showcase the salsa and the rest of the flavours. The crispy black taco is lovely, too.
