Mexican Tofu Taco at Confusion Plant Based Kitchen — Kayla's Review (Jun 27, 2018)

These tacos are flat instead of folded, which makes for an interesting presentation. They're filled with Mexican spiced beans, taco seasoned tofu scramble, salsa and guacamole, served on crispy purple corn tortilla shells. Really tasty!
