The Shredder (zucchini ribbons, carrot noodles, quinoa, pickled spiced shiitake, asparagus, cherry tomatoes, red wine poached pear, basil dressing): This salad was delicious! Very flavourful and while there were only a few pieces of it, I loved the pickled shiitake.
