Review of Stewed Udon with Soya Shred at 愛家 Loving Hut by kaylabear

These noodles were good. The portion size was large and it was filling. There’s a lot of mock meat though — ham, ground beef, and shrimp (the shrimp is made from konjac and is rubbery and tastes like nothing). We would prefer if the dish maybe had bead curd instead of mock meats.
