Review of Spicy Miso Ramen at Saute-San by shanna

If you're used to a typical meat based ramen, then there might be quite a huge difference. The ramen noodle itself was more like... wanton noodle? I can't say it's bad, just not what I'd expect. Serving of noodles could be smaller though, and increase the tofu and mushroom. The spicy miso soup was enjoyable though. Not too spicy. But for some reason, it tasted very much like kimchi soup!

The picture shows other food as I got a set. I'd prefer the gyoza to be pan friend rather than deep fry! And the deep fry gyoza skin turned out too hard. It was a waste of the fillings!
