Our oven-baked coconut-banana millet bread french toast is a unique and flavorful twist on the classic breakfast dish. It's topped with a sweet and tangy mixed berry coulis, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and served with a side of fruit and ginger butter. Drizzle it with our homemade maple syrup for the perfect bite. Some reviews mention that it's a vegan-friendly option that's worth trying.

This is my FAVORITE meal ever!! The berry compote is incredible and the toast is the right amount of fluffy. I don't know how this dish is vegan but I'm not complaining. The maple 'butter' also goes so well with the dish. Highly recommending! Good serving as well!
