Review of Tofu scramble platter Florentine at Simply Green Cafe by ggsovegan

This dish is awesome if you used to enjoy omelets! it’s basically a tofu scramble with spinach and ‘feta’ that comes with hash browns and toast. It needed some salt and pepper but was overall pretty good and filling! Had a good diner breakfast vibe!
