French Toast at Pingala CaféRebecca Gonzales's Review (May 27, 2018)

Pingala cafe’s french toast is described as oven-baked coconut-banana millet bread with mixed berry coulis, cinnamon, fruit, ginger butter, and maple syrup. You can see from the picture it’s more like French toast bites not actual pieces of toast. Regardless of the final form, it’s delicious. Moist and fluffy and extremely flavorful. My only criticism is the berry coulis was so thin on the plate, it was hard to get on the toast.

This all vegan cafe is a must visit in Burlington We also had the Benedict and the breakfast sandwich.
