Dragon Maki Roll at NectarKayla's Review (Apr 20, 2018)

Quite possibly the best vegan sushi I’ve ever tasted. Made with cauliflower rice, soft-shelled eggplant, purple cabbage, chia seed tobbiko, cashew unagi, avocado, cucumber, sriracha, and scallion-mayo. The eggplant tasted like fried shrimp, it was crazy! I was actually fighting my friend over the last piece of sushi.
