The ramen was al-dente & had a nice bite to it, and was well coated in a tasty sauce that wasn’t overly salty. It was topped with a few pieces of bok choy, black fungus, some really flavourful marinated mushrooms, and of course, a teeny bit of truffle oil (about 1/2-3/4 of a tsp). After mixing the truffle evenly into the noodles, I felt that the taste of truffle was a lil’ too subtle. However, before mixing, the scent of truffle was really rich & fragrant :3 My friend had the tomato spinach noodles ($7.80?) which came with a rich & flavourful tomato soup, light-spinach-coloured but not spinach-flavoured mee pok noodles, bok choy, beancurd skin & two pieces of monkeyhead mushrooms :)
