Absolute perfection is all that describes this place. Gluten free options in an all vegan kitchen that hires visually impaired staff. The feeling of community in this place is untouchable and fun fact: the entire counter is actually a large dog kennel for their on staff service dog! This salad on toast type item I ordered was like a chickpea salad and was deliciously placed on this dense fresh bread. The coffee cake took me back to my childhood and the almond cake is my fav item here!! Fabulous flavor I couldn’t create without some serious Dutch cooking classes lol
