Review of Pan-Fried Turnip Cake at 尚素 The Veggie by kaylabear

Part of an all-you-can-eat vegan lunch set. Turnip cakes are traditionally made with pork so I always order them when I go to vegan restaurants, like this one. I wish they would have served this with some kinda of soy sauce or vinegar since it could have used an extra bit of flavour.
