Awesome new concept for Korean Bibimbap in Singapore! I was really impressed by the manager's interest in vegan food. They have three options that can be made 100% vegan: kimchi tofu, pumpkin tofu or avocado sweet potato. The manager suggested I get the avocado sweet potato. I love warm grain bowls and this was totally awesome with brown rice (extra $1).
Tip: the 'bowl' is kind of narrow and deep, so dig down deep to get to the warm grains! And avoid too much of the red sauce as it's got a pretty heavy texture that weighs down the dish. Would definitely try this again!
